Summary: Myself and my friends (14 adult males) had a great time staying here. The place is clean, spacious, and suited for any kind of entertainment you like. We played sports outside, games inside, and enjoyed nature. The barn is clean and where we spent most of the time. The house was nice to sleep in for those that didn't want to stay up late. It is nice for all types of people. We had multiple people say they wanted to bring their families back here in the future. Highly recommend it!

Summary: My family and I rented this amazing property for the weekend of my daughter’s graduation from Texas A&M. It was PERFECT! It allowed us to all be together and removed us from the hustle and bustle of College Station. The house and barndominium are both amazing, each with their own feel and style. Shannon and Kirk were amazing to work with quickly responding to any question I hade before or during our stay. They even put up a few decorations for our graduate! So thoughtful! If you like what you see in the listing, don’t hesitate to book this amazing vacation rental. You will not regret it!

Summary: Loved the property! Such a great retreat away from the big City. Lots of great porch seating, grilling and smoking stuff already there, cornhole, fire pit, awesome barn setup for watching March Madness. Nothing but great things to say!

Summary: Wow! This place was absolutely unbelievable. The property itself was gorgeous. 19 acres of beauty. The dogs loved running around in the yard, and the walking trails within the property was a great touch to the booking. Shannon and Kirk were amazing hosts who left us a surprisingly sweet gift when we got there and their property shows how much they care for it and for their guests. We will definitely be back again to enjoy the sweet serenity. Thank you!

Summary: We had an amazing experience and we are looking forward to return soon. My family (including my two dogs) had a blast at this place, property was very clean, well maintained and the hosts were always happy to answer questions/help. We loved the place and can't wait to go back soon!!!

Summary: This property is absolutely breathtaking from the moment you drive through the gate. Our extended family (4 families total) stayed for two nights. We were able to grill, hang out on the porch in the rocking chairs, explore the property, play corn hole, and have nightly non fires. The owners were so easy to communicate with. There is a master bedroom on the first floor and a ramp to access the house why was great for our elderly grandfather. The beds were comfortable in the main house. The barndominium is an awesome addition with a bunk style setup upstairs. Overall, we hope to return to this awesome property!!
